These products are made with prime raw materials: chocolate from Madagascar, Venezuela, Ecuador..., "Marconas" almonds from producers in Catalonia, vanilla pods from Madagascar... PARIÈS also favors local providers especially for flour, eggs and fruits.

PARIÈS offers a whole range of "gluten-free" products: Mouchou®, Kanougas®, chocolates, pastries and frozen cakes... Even the inevitable Basque cake is now gluten-free, enough to delight all gourmets!
